You may not be aware but James and I are great supporter of the arts, particularly those in the arts who are just starting out. It is a very tough world.

As much as we need scientists, doctors, tech-savvy inventors - all of whom make our lives ‘easier’ and more efficient - we also need uplifting inspiration that nourishes the soul.

We were very fortunate to collaborate with the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and co-sponsor this original contemporary dance work, inspired by the events of the pandemic and set against the backdrop of the Malvern Hills.

Aphrodite Theodorou is an emerging talent who it was our pleasure to encourage. The music was scored specifically for this project. The dancers, unknown to each other, created an intimacy on screen that is completely credible.

I think it is a wonderful piece of work and I cry every time I watch it. I hope that you enjoy it, too.
